1. Cancellation and refund policy ( on line bookings), please read our refund policy below and call 8351 5555 if you have any questions or please email: Bookings@handiskipssa.com.au, if you are unsure of potential cancellation costs or you are unsure of a booking date delay booking your skip.
1.1 The Customer may cancel or vary an order to Handiskips SA by written notice via email of the cancellation or variation to the order not less than one (1) business day prior to the Delivery Date or Collection Date, whichever is relevant.
1.2 In the event that the Customer seeks to cancel its order in accordance with clause 1.1 the Customer shall be entitled to a full refund of any monies already paid for that Skip Bin booking excluding the skip reservation Fee of $45.00 + GST.
1.3 In the event that the Customer cancels its order by providing by way of Service written notice of the cancellation to the order not less than two (2) Business Days’ prior to the Delivery Date, the Customer shall be entitled to a partial refund equal to the amount of any monies already paid for that Skip Bin minus the 2 Day Cancellation Fee of 20% of the booking cost paid.
1.4 In the event that the Customer cancels its order by providing Handiskips SA written notice of the cancellation to the order not less than one (1) Business Day prior to the Delivery Date, the Customer shall be entitled to a partial refund equal to the amount of any monies already paid for that Skip Bin minus the Reservation fee , the 1 Day Cancellation Fee of 20% and the Booking Fee.
1.5 In the event the Customer seeks to vary an order pursuant to this clause 1. the granting of the variation sought shall be at the absolute discretion of Handiskips SA and may be subject to payment of additional fees and charges for changing the Service required and other reasonable costs of the Service Provider.
1.6 The Customer acknowledges and accepts that it will not be entitled to a refund of any fees and charges paid in respect to a cancelled service whereby the Customer has failed to provide adequate notice of the cancellation or variation in accordance with this clause or when the customer has failed to ensure a skip can be placed within the property boundary or when a permit has not been obtained from the local council or strata Manager and the skip has arrived at the delivery address.
1.7 Handiskips SA or its agent may cancel the Customer’s order at any time on or prior to the scheduled Delivery Date in circumstances where the Handiskips SA or its Service Provider is unable or incapable of supplying and/or delivering the Skip Bins or carry out the Service on the date or time required by the customer due to any reasonable interruption to service such as extreme weather , including heat, rain, fire, breakdown or other such unforeseen circumstances.
Under these circumstances at Handiskips SA discretion a full refund or credit may be issued.
1.8 The customer will not be entitled to a refund when a skip is delayed , Handiskip SA do not promise an exact time of delivery ,AM (before noon) or PM (noon to 6pm) are
Target times not contractually obliged delivery times some delays are beyond our control.
1.9 In the event a booking is cancelled within 2 days of a public holiday or other high demand holidays the full booking hire fee has been paid a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking fee paid shall be retained by Handiskips SA or $90 whichever is the greater.
